Department of Communication Studies

TEACHING PROGRAMMES
The Department offers English Language, Mathematics, Social Studies and Science at the Non- Tertiary level. Students preparing for external examinations in Business, Engineering, Hospitality, and other vocational programmes are required to take these four core courses.

In professions such as the hospitality industry and secretaryship and management studies, where French is a plus, students take at least two semesters of French language course.

At the Tertiary level, the Department offers compulsory courses in Communication skills and African Studies.
