HALLS OF RESIDENCE

The college has two blocks of residential facilities for men and women. These facilities are sectioned for the four halls which were initially called Royal, Global, Noble and Golden halls. As part of the 50th Anniversary, the Alumni proposed to the College Council to name the halls after personalities who have contributed to the growth and development of the College. Four names were approved and a ceremony for the naming was held on the 12th of November, 2012.KWAKRANYA II HALL

This hall formerly Royal Hall was named after Nii Anyetei Kwakranya II, a former chief of La who released 235 acres of land for the government for the College.

AMA HESSE HALL

Ama Hesse Hall formerly Global Hall was named after Mr. Lebrecht Benhardt Ama Hesse the first Principal of the the College who served for ten years (1962-1972).

GBERBIE HALL

The Noble Hall has now been named after Mr. Ferdinand Narh Gberbie (Nene Tsatsu Pediator IV) who was the Principal from 1978 to 1988. Mr. F. N. Gberbie in 1985 took up the challenge and moved the College from its rented premises at Kokomlemle to its present site.

CHRISTIANA HENAKU HALL

This hall formerly Golden Hall was named after Mrs. Christina Bampo Henaku, the first female Principal of the College who took up the position in 2007 and has been serving since.
