Description:
College house is famous for being the oldest men’s residence in Africa established in 1887. Its history and tradition makes it one of the most highly respected and prestigious residences in UCT. It’s situated on lower campus, meaning it has easy access to the Jammie Shuttles, the lower campus Gym, the neighboring Rondebosch shopping district, other Residences and lower campus vibe in general. The residence features a common room (TV, pool table, table tennis, lounge), a separate TV room used as the PlayStation room, a conference room and a study room. The residence is also home to the famous pub know as The Pint, which is rumored to be the place to visit if one is in need of a stop sign, traffic light or bus stop. Collegemen are notorious for the admiration they attract from some of the most beautiful ladies in UCT.
