Presbyterian University College (PUCG) | Kumasi Campus

Kumasi, the capital of the Ashanti region, is one of the oldest cities not only in Ghana, but in Africa. It is one of the largest and highly commercial metropolitan in Ghana, with large percentage of youthful working class of the population. Culture and tradition is held very high in the Ashanti region and blends very well with modernity. Due to the numerous commercial activities, the city attracts a lot of people who either live and work there or travel to and from the city on regular basis, thereby making it the second traffic hub in Ghana. The Kumasi campus hosts programmes of the Business School and the Faculty of Science and Technology. The Faculty of Law which is soon to be established will be run on the Kumasi campus. The Presbyterian University College, Ghana has structured its programmes, including the Law programmes and others run on the Kumasi Campus to suit the youthful working class of the population in Kumasi and its surroundings. Lectures are held both on the week days and on weekends (Friday evening-Sunday), making it very flexible for the busy working class.

Study facilities

Kumasi Campus has recently benefited from significant investments in physical infrastructural upgrade. From the state-of-the-art computer laboratory to the modern teaching facilities required to support the delivery of the full range of all the degree programmes on offer. In addition, the campus also has a fully functional library with contemporary books and high speed internet facilitates to aid students research work.

Transportation and Accommodation

By virtue of the location of the campus, access to transportation is hassle free for our students. Public transports operate around the campus to other towns and villages across the city. Prospective students who do not live in Kumasi can equally enroll onto our programmes on offer. There are numerous guest houses near the campus for students to lodge temporarily at a cost.
