About NABCO
NABCO
The Nation Builders Corps (NABCO) programme is a government initiative to address graduate unemployment to solve social problems. The focus of the initiative will be solving public service delivery in health, education, agriculture, technology, governance and drive revenue mobilization and collection.
The objectives of the programme are to:
- • Provide temporary employment to unemployed graduates
- • Improve skills and employability for transition from programme to permanent employment
- • Improve public service delivery
- • Improve on government revenue mobilization
- • To provide needed infrastructure to improve access to basic public services
This new scheme – the Nation Builders Corps recognizes the role played by other pathways that currently exist under various government institutions and agencies. In a sense, NABCO ultimately offers a convergence for the employment initiatives landscape. Among the existing Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) with schemes addressed to youth unemployment include: the Ministry for Business Development, Ministry for Local Government and Rural Administration, the National Vocational and Technical Institute (NVTI), Council for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (COTVET), the National Youth Authority (NYA), and the Youth Employment Agency (YEA), and the National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Plan (NEIP) to cite some examples.
In particular, the YEA has affected, positively, the lives of many non-tertiary graduates through the innovative modules that have continued to engage lots of young people. In the case of the NABCO, the distinguishing element would be its concentration on addressing the growing phenomenon of unemployment and disillusionment among young people leaving tertiary institutions.
Under the programme, graduates will be trained, equipped with the necessary work tools and deployed around the country to engage in the following programmes:

Dear sir/ madam, i need a clearification
,where i booked for interview is not my prefered choice district.What should i do?
It was a free and fair interview, the environment and the room was conducive and free to move. The panel were three and they were very good and free. They were very louder in the asking of the questions and clear. They made the interview very interesting because they gave me a warmly welcome with a beautiful smile which made me feel at ease. In all, the interview was very good.

I am a physically challenged and I choose educate Ghana. I chose Techiman north.But when booking for the interview date all the selected dates where occupy so I choose jaman north for the interview and when I finish ed the interview I have another call from Sunyani asking me to come for nabco interview and I told them that I have done mine.I want to know if I will be sent back to Techiman north or my name will be given to the disability group
Please when I was booking the date for the interview there wasn’t any slot in my preferred district so I had a slot at a different district thinking I could be transferred to my preferred district after the interview but I just read in the terms n conditions that transfers are not allowed is there anything that could be done about my case?
Where I went for the interview is not my preferred district to work for nabco. However in my registration form has indicated the district I went for the interview as my preferred district. How can change that?

My name is Abena Dwomoh Bediako, please had a problem with ezwich pin and so went to the district office to correct it. I am still awaiting my placement but was sent a message today to update my information.I have done that but they are requiring i resend my letter of engagement. When i opened the site ,they say placement acceptance is now closed. Today is the last day for rectification.

Payment not on time
I ALHASSAN ISSAHAK was veryfy leat and be very happy appreciated. The payment was so far so good I received November 2018 to February 2019 thanks.
I made a mistake when I was feeling the evaluation form.I do not have any problem with any outstanding allowance apart from the general one,that is March and April. So I mistakenly chose November. I therefore wish to plead with management of NABCO to consider it as a mistake and treat it as such.
I therefore want to suggest that management should try as much as possible any time they want to put out something to NABCO trainees online,they should make it known to the District coordinators first. So that there will be more enlightened when the need arises.

Please am William Asiedu a NABCO perssonnel from Sunyani West municipal attached to MoFA.
I joined the scheme in 2018 October.
I received my first allawa that ia November and December on this ezwich #67397292-4. The card lost, l went to GCB and they were trlling me a whole lot of stories so i had to do new card. So since then all my forms were endorsed with my new number #101501012-9. Now in 2019 January my allawa didn’t come. From February – September 2019 the allawa came on my new number 101501012-9 then it seased. Since then Sir i haven’t received allawa till date. Update upon update but still. I just visited my portal and i saw processing payment some few days ago, only for me to told today that “DUPLICATE EZWICH NUMBER under investigation”. Meanwhile that my old number is no more in use and my NABCO District Coordinator is aware that my old Number is nit in use. The I.T team has requested for my details over and over and over again. PLEASE HELP ME!!
