The management of the Mksu (Machakos University) has released the School Fees Structure to be paid by each undergraduate and postgraduate (Degree, PhD, Masters, Diploma, Certificate, Short Course and Non-Degree) students respectively for the 2022/2023 academic session.
The following policies and procedures are applicable to all students who officially register for programmes at the Machakos University. Also, the Institute reserves the right to change fees without prior notice. However, fee changes are subject to approval by the Governing Council and we will update it ASAP. See the Fees Structure for all Universities in Kenya.

Every student should pay their fees to the bank account and produce a receipt. The university does not accept cash or cheques.

You’ll pay different fees depending on the course varieties. While these amounts may vary with time, the University keeps its fee within the required limit of the Ministry of Education. Applicants are expected to pay a non-refundable fee of Ksh. 3,000 for Ph.D.; Ksh. 2,000 for Masters; Ksh. 1,000 for Undergraduate; and Ksh.500 for Certificate and Diploma Programs through money order or bankers’ check.
