Kenya Police Service Medical Insurance – Details:
MEDICAL INSURANCE COVER
COMPREHENSIVE MEDICAL INSURANCE COVER FOR DISCIPLINED SERVICES
The Kenya government has procured a comprehensive medical Insurance cover for all National Police and Kenya Prisons Service officers. All officers currently covered by NHIF scheme will migrate to the new insurance scheme- AAR Consortium, effective from October 1, 2016.
A message from the Inspector General’s Office signed by the Chief of staff Mr. Simon Kiragu gave assurance to officers that there will be no disruption of medical services when the new medical scheme takes effect.
For self-service, the officers were advised to dial *340# while at the same time encouraged to register themselves by dialling *252#.
