Job Brief
The successful applicant shall take responsibility for managing the mix of existing customer accounts, new marketing and sales tasks and opportunities. To excel in this role he/she should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality and a hunger to chase and close new business. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients
Responsibilities include
• Overall responsibility for marketing the company’s products (Houses and Service Plots and shall have a shared responsibility for the management of company’s Estates(Land, Building and Infrastructure)
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives Developing a Business development strategy focused on financial gain
• Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients
• Researching organisations and individuals to find new opportunities for networking
• Developing goals for the development team and business growth, and ensuring they are met
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
• Take responsibility for corporate image building and maintenance
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Land Economy or related field
• A Postgraduate Degree in MBA Marketing option is an added advantage
• Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience at Senior Management level
• Experience in real estate marketing/facility management could be an advantage
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty
• Strong communication skills and IT fluency
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Be comfortable using a computer for various tasks
• Knowledge and understanding of the Ghanaian Real Estate,the implications of the current trends in the Ghanaian ICT industry, and its new media applications in marketing and sales management.
