Qualification
- A good HND or First Degree in business from a recognised educational institution
- Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience with at least 2 years as a personal assistant
Skills and Attributes
- Superb organizational ability
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good computer literacy including word, excel, power point and other presentation software
- Ability to use office equipment including scanner, photocopier and presentation equipment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and co-ordinate daily activities of the CEOs office including scheduling the internal and external meetings and appointments
- Managing the CEOs schedule and resolving diary clashes
- Maintaining an accurate filing system
- Organizing travel and preparing travel itineraries as per directions
- Composing correspondences, reports and presentations
Age Limit
- Not more than 35 years
