Ghana Stock Exchange Recruitment 2020 for Personal Assistant, Application Details

Qualification

  • A good HND or First Degree in business from a recognised educational institution
  • Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience with at least 2 years as a personal assistant

Skills and Attributes

  • Superb organizational ability
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Good computer literacy including word, excel, power point and other presentation software
  • Ability to use office equipment including scanner, photocopier and presentation equipment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and co-ordinate daily activities of the CEOs office including scheduling the internal and external meetings and appointments
  • Managing the CEOs schedule and resolving diary clashes
  • Maintaining an accurate filing system
  • Organizing travel and preparing travel itineraries as per directions
  • Composing correspondences, reports and presentations

Age Limit

  • Not more than 35 years
