West African Rescue Association Jobs 2020 For Training Academy Supervisor

Job Summary
Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, the holder this position will be responsible mainly for developing and managing the WARA Training Academy. Qualified applicants must:
• Be professional advocate of the WARA Medical Services
• Market and advertise the WARA Training Academy
• Develop initiatives to expand and develop the training business
• Develop an overall training and development plan to meet the needs and expectations of WARA Training Academy clientele
• Fully manage the WARA Training Academy and making sure all the operating order at all times. This includes mannequins, all equipment, laptops, screens and projectors
• Supervise and where needed conduct certified professional first aid training instruction according to the needs of the WARA training Academy
• Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically
Qualification Required & Experience
• A minimum of Bachelor’s degree
• Be business-oriented, goal-driven and self-motivated
• Exhibit excellent presentation skills to perform training effectively
• A minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar environment
• Good proficiency in the English Language (both oral and written)
• Have training and development capabilities
• Good leadership, supervisory and interpersonal skills
• Must be I.T savvy
• Applicants with medical background will have an advantage
