About Premier Nurses’ Training College

Premier Nurses’ Training College, Kumasi started in September , 2004.The school started as a health training school running a two-year certificate programme in enrolled nursing now Health Assistant Clinical) and Registered General Nursing (Diploma). Currently the two (2) programmes are been run by the school.
Premier Nurses’ Training College is a private nursing training institution in the northern sector accredited by Nurses and Midwives’ Council of Ghana and National Accreditation Board to run a Three Year Registered General Nursing (Diploma) and Health Assistance (Clinical) Training Programmes.

Although the college is young, through growing popularity, it has established excellent working relations with health providers in many parts of the country. Our students therefore have the opportunity to do clinical attachment at Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital and other district hospitals in Ghana. The college is also well known for its community links so some hospitals engage the hands of the students during immunization in the community.
And with our relatively low cost and wide range of services‚ Premier is one of the best nursing training institutions in Ghana. Our Motto “Disci Mus Service we learn to serve” Is what also guides the students in all they do.

Our Mission is to offer a nursing training that enables our students to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve their professional goals, improve the productivity of the health sector and provides services to the community.

Driven by this vision, the school has produced over two hundred (200) nurses who are currently employed by Government, Mission and Private Health Service facilities both in Ghana and abroad.
